The Deepest Wisdom of your being wants to be known and integrated into your daily life

Your Soul wants expression. The Deepest Wisdom of your being wants to be known and integrated in your daily life. Yet, oftentimes the only way it can communicate with you is through disturbing problems, fascinating or troublesome dreams, body symptoms, painful relationship experiences, and so on. While it is important to find good diagnoses and treatments to relieve these symptoms and improve life, this alone can “kill the messenger.”

Process work coaching(?) is about paying careful attention to these bothersome messages in order to meet the Messenger. When we understand the message and the mindset that this Messenger, your Soul, has, your life can not only deal more easily with the challenges, but also find something deeper: a meaningful initiation into Who you really are.

Currently Accepting New Clients

I aim to provide an affirming and empowering space for all individuals, including those from marginalized indigenous and spiritual groups, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ clients.

I am influenced by Process-Oriented Psychology (“Process Work”), Depth Psychology and the ideas of Carl Jung and James Hillman, trauma-informed practices, the metaphor of alchemy in transformation, elders such as Michael Meade, and my South American traditional teachers with whom I studied for decades.

In my practice, I focus on uncovering and knowing deeply the soul of the individual in its unique expression. Soul is both an underlying essence and a meaning-making orientation to life. Through relationship with soul, I facilitate the uncovering of the nature of each individual and the training of their unique, often untapped gifts. By doing so, I hope to bring about a fuller experience for my clients of themselves and of life—one filled with meaning, purpose, and joy.

Therapy is a sacred act. I was called to this path by something greater than myself, and I am humbled to dedicate myself to my own growth and the growth of others.
